Bryant Harvey Partnership was selected by limited competition to design and
manage the construction of industrial starter units in North West London.
The scheme maximised the site area by locating the units, which range in size
from 75 to 150 square metres, around the perimeter of the site with access to
the units from two central forecourts that open onto the main access road. Security
of the site is maximised with each unit being clearly visible from the road.
The industrial units are steel frame structures with corrugated silver metal
roofs and yellow stock brick walls and blue aluminium windows.
