THE PRACTICE The Bryant Harvey Partnership was formed in 1980 as an architect led design and management practice. Since then the practice has grown steadily to include architects, cost consultants, technicians, interior designer, landscape architect, planning supervisors and project managers. The growth and composition of the practice has been carefully maintained to ensure that every project receives the highest standard of design and service, with prompt attention to every detail. DESIGN PHILOSOPHY We work closely with all
our clients at every stage of the project, from development of the brief
through to completion. This close working relationship enables a real
understanding of our clients needs and aspirations and ensures that every
aspect of the design is carefully considered in order to procure a building
which is accessible, aesthetically pleasing, user friendly and uplifting
to the spirit. PRACTICE MANAGEMENT For every scheme a carefully
chosen professional team is formed around a partner who personally implements
concept development and maintains daily management of all stages of the
project through to completion. The teams are structured to meet all client
deadlines, with a cost control system which ensures absolute respect for
budgets throughout every stage of the design and construction period. QUALITY ASSURANCE We operate a Quality Management system equivalent to the standard set by ISO 9001, for the administration and control of all projects carried out by the practice. This system is set out in a series of office manuals which detail the procedures for office and project administration, design and document co-ordination, quality control, project management, contract administration, health and safety including duties under the CDM regulations, environmental policy and equal opportunities. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The practice has a wide range of computing facilities and software which it uses extensively for project design and management. It currently operates a network of 1GB PC workstations with AUTOCAD 2006 and ArchiCAD for computer aided drafting and Microsoft Office for administration. |
