The Jersey Cheshire Home is situated in St. Helier on the Island of Jersey.
It houses and cares for 30 adult residents with varying degrees of disability.
The Bryant Harvey Partnership was commissioned to design and manage the construction
of a new building containing a swimming and hydrotherapy pool with a ramped
access, specifically for wheelchair and other disabled users, fitness room,
gymnasium, changing rooms and laundry.
The new building is a single storey steel frame structure with a two storey
glazed link to the existing residential home ensuring level access for residents
at ground floor level.
