Coloma Convent Girl's School
New
Design & Technology Building
Upper Shirley Road, Croydon
Coloma Convent Girls School
was founded in Croydon in 1969 and moved to its present site in the 1960's.
The Bryant Harvey Partnership was appointed by the Trustees and Governors of
the School to construct a new two storey Design & Technology Building located
to the north west of the existing main school building accommodating design
and technology teaching spaces, preparation space, pupils toilets, access toilet,
lift and stairs.
The building
is constructed of a steel frame on concrete pad and beam foundations with precast
concrete plank floors to the upper ground and first floors.
